Local Water Damage

This flooded utility room was the result of a broken water line hook-up to the wash machine. This is more common than most think, the worn out washer connecting the hose causes water to pass and create water leaks. The extent of the damage was throughout the entire floor and a few feet into the drywall. The after picture was taken a few days later after removing the damaged materials and drying the rest of the room. Our customer was relieved we were able to complete the project so quickly and not have to rip out the whole wall.
